Licence terms
In short
- Try everything free for 7 days. After that, PDFs and images stay free; other files, 5 a day.
- Unlimited: $2.99 a month, $19 a year, or $49 once.
- Stripe sells it to you ("Sold through Onelink"). One licence, up to 3 browsers.
- Full refund within 14 days, no questions.
1. Who I am
Peapod is made by Dileepa Ranawake, a sole trader in Hull, UK.
Contact: [email protected]
2. Who sells it
Stripe sells Peapod as merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments. At checkout and on your receipt it shows as "Sold through Onelink". Stripe takes your payment, charges any tax and sends your receipts, under its own terms shown at checkout. These terms cover the software: what you can use, and how.
3. What you get
- Trial: 7 days of everything, from install. No card, no key.
- Free plan: PDFs and images, as many as you like. Every other file type, 5 files a day.
- Monthly $2.99 · Yearly $19 · Lifetime $49, once (US dollars; tax may be added at checkout). Every file type, no daily limit.
- Lifetime includes every update while I sell Peapod, and 12 months of email help.
4. Your licence key
After checkout you see your key once, and I email you a copy. Paste it into Peapod and click Activate. Keep it somewhere safe.
A licence is for one person, on up to 3 browsers at once. You can move it: remove it from one browser to free a place. Please don't share, sell or publish your key.
Peapod checks the key with my licence server, about once a day. What that sends is in the privacy policy. If the check can't connect, a paid key keeps working for 7 days.
5. Renewing and cancelling
Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time at onelink.com (where Onelink keeps your orders), or email me. You keep unlimited until the end of the period you paid for. Then Peapod goes back to the free plan; nothing breaks.
6. Refunds
Changed your mind? Full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions. Email me, or ask Onelink support. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
7. If I stop selling Peapod
I'll give 90 days' notice by email. Lifetime buyers then get a final version that needs no key check.
8. Liability
Peapod shows you a preview to help you check a file; it can't promise every file looks exactly as in its own app. If something goes wrong, my liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits what the law doesn't allow me to limit, such as liability for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the version and date above change. New terms apply from your next renewal, and I'll email you first if they affect you.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of your local law.
